The San Bernardino greenhouses are made of beautiful natural Redwood, which is always nice to look at, but it makes them very strong, long-lasting, and resistant to inclement weather. Also the straight side panels allow you more room for growing and hanging up flowerpots. Or maybe you want to try bringing one of those hanging tomato buckets into the greenhouse so that you can be eating fresh tomatoes until Christmas! I would recommend getting the San Bernardino redwood benches for the inside, as they would match the frame and really make your greenhouse feel comfortable.

Greenhouse Frame:
Redwood is resistant to weather, insects, decay and should last a lifetime with no special treatment. There is no finer or more beautiful wood available for a greenhouse. San Bernardino frames are made entirely of specially selected kiln-dried redwood and are bolted together for strength and stability. The redwood will never rust, corrode, crack, or require painting and is unaffected by changes in temperature. Our standard models greenhouses are all clear or better California redwood with all parts pre-cut; all drilling done here at our factory.
Greenhouse Glazing:
We use only the finest 4mm polycarbonate covering available for our greenhouses. A 4mm panel that ensures many years of service and weather resistance with about 95% light transmission. While it captures light from the growth spectrum, it screens out harmful rays such as ultraviolet. The result is more growing power.
Also available is our 6mm double wall (polycarbonate). Many people tell us this is the finest double wall covering for home greenhouses. The walls have an air space acting as insulation. This means greater ease of climate control and big savings in heating and cooling costs of up to 40%. Our engineer has added extra framing to the double wall model for greater strength.
These coverings are hail/shatter resistant and self-cleaning, and are not composed of glass scraps or pieces. When you walk into a San Bernardino greenhouse you will find uniform diffusion of light down and around your plants from every direction, producing uninterrupted healthy plant growth.
Easy Assembly - You’ll be greenhouse gardening in no time:
This greenhouse’s all bolt construction makes it easy to assemble for two people with just an adjustable wrench, Philips screwdriver, hammer and ladder. Everything comes from the factory with all parts precut and pre-drilled and all hardware is sorted for your convenience. It usually takes two people two to three days to put it together, using . You’ll enjoy the comfort of a 10 year warranty on the polycarbonate panels and a one year warranty on parts.
Extensions Available: (a greenhouse that grows with you)
As your horticulture hobby grows, so can your greenhouse. All models of the Standard greenhouse can be extended in length with four foot redwood sections of the frame. Simply unbolt one end, bolt in the extensions, put the end back on and your greenhouse can grow with you. The seven and nine foot wide models can be extended up to 20 feet long and the 14 foot wide model can be extended up to 24 feet long.
Optional Redwood Benches:
We strongly recommend adding the redwood bench option to increase your growing area. Benches for the seven foot wide model are 28 inches deep and 30 inches high while benches for the 9 and 14 foot models are 33 inches deep and 30 inches high. All benches are sold in pairs

And if you do run into a problem figuring it out, you can simply call them for assistance. They’re very helpful and have been making them since 1972, so they have all the little design kinks already worked out. They are built right here in America, so it shouldn't be too difficult if you should need to order more parts. These models have the straight side panels as opposed to some curved-wall greenhouses, so you have more room for growing and hanging up flowerpots. Or maybe you want to try bringing one of those hanging tomato buckets into the greenhouse so that you can be eating fresh tomatoes until Christmas! I love the long clear panels, it looks like an old fashioned conservatory. Makes a great tea room! I would also recommend getting the San Bernardino redwood benches for the inside, as they would match the frame and really make your greenhouse feel comfortable.
