Water-cooling is scientifically proven to be significantly more efficient than air at removing heat. The efficiency of the design allows you to install more lights per square foot and decrease the distance between lights and the plant canopy. Manufactured with: durable end caps made from ABS plastic and treated with the optimal UV inhibitor for years of maintenance free service; heat resistant borosilicate glass tubes for maximum light transmission; and a specially engineered socket, fabricated from extruded aluminum with a secure enclosure to protect your wiring connections from UV damage, which is fully adjustable within the inner tube for precision bulb placement.
