The new Compost Tea Catalyst (included) is a unique blend of ingredients formulated to stimulate diverse microbial growth during aerated compost tea production. In addition to seaweed extract, humic acid and mineral powder, our Catalyst contains an array of select botanical ingredients without the use of simple sugars.
Compost Tea Catalyst is listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) for use in organic production, and the majority of ingredients are certified organic.

Making Compost Tea:
Step 1 Fill the tank with water to the appropriate gallon marker.
Step 2 Aerate for 30 minutes to allow chlorine to escape from treated water. Add a food resource such as Growing Solutions Compost Tea Catalyst™ to the water.
Step 3
Fill the Compost Tea System Basket with compost.
Step 4 Place the Compost Tea System Basket through the Basket Tray and into the System.
Step 5 Open the air supply to the Basket Diffuser Stone and place it into the bottom of the Compost Tea System Basket.
Step 6
Adjust the airflow valve for the desired level of extraction.
Step 7 Place the lid on the System and allow it to run for 24 hours to complete the batch of finished compost tea.
Step 8 Discharge the finished compost tea into your application equipment.
Step 9
Compost tea can be applied through various application equipment and systems.
